Refund and Cancellation Policy:

1. Listing Services:
   - Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your listing service, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the current subscription period. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this period. There is an auto renewal on our plans, there is a 14 day grace period if you wish to end a plan that has started its renewal period, you will be refunded only for the portion of the period unused,

2. Online Shop:
   - Refunds: We strive to provide high-quality products through our online shop. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team through our contact form within 7 days of receiving the product to request a refund or exchange. Proof of purchase may be required.
   - Cancellations: Orders placed through our online shop may be canceled within 5 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately through our contact form of you need to cancel your order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. This applies to physical products only.. Our downloadable products are non refundable.

3. Online Courses:
   - Refunds: The Edinburgh Wedding Guide offers a refund for online courses within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that you have not accessed or completed more than 10% of the course content. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team through our online contact form on out website. (bottom right) Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
   - Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in an online course, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the course start date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this period.

Please note:
- Refunds may take 30 business days to process, and the amount refunded may be subject to transaction fees or deductions.
- The Edinburgh Wedding Guide reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
